At Pneuma & Aether, naturopathy is tailored to your unique needs. Rooted in the rhythms of nature, our approach combines whole foods, mindful eating, lifestyle therapies, herbal medicine, flower essences, and nutraceuticals to gently guide the body back to balance.
Every consultation is personalised to support you in reconnecting with your health and restoring vitality in mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan.

Initial (75-90mins)
$180
Your first consultation is a deep dive into your health. We’ll explore your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals. This allows me to gain a full picture and create a tailored plan to support your wellbeing.
Please note: if you are a new client, or if it has been more than 6 months since your last appointment, you’ll need to book an Initial Consultation.
Follow Up (30-45mins)
$100
Return consultations are designed for ongoing care. Together, we’ll review your progress, fine-tune your treatment plan, and provide the support you need as you continue toward your health goals.
For the best results and to stay on track with your healing journey, I recommend booking a return consultation every 4–6 weeks
